Industry Best Practices
Our all IBEW Local 8 workforce is dedicated to applying industry best practices. In the 90’s we adopted the now nationally recognized professional development courses provided by NICET as a requirement for Journeyman status. In 1995 of the six total NICET Certified technicians in the State of Ohio four of them were employees of Torrence Sound.
